What Is The PPC?

 
The St. Joseph Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is the primary means by which the pastor (Fr. Gary) and St. Joseph parishioners respond to the pastoral mission of the church and listen to the needs and hopes of its parishioners.  Think of it as the voice of the parishioners working in tandem with parish leadership to fulfill our parish mission, “to invite and accompany one another to encounter Jesus and grow in love of God and neighbor through a sacramental life.”
 
The PPC assists Fr. Gary in implementing the pastoral plan and evaluating its progress in light of our parish mission.  The PPC also develops and evaluates goals and priorities in support of the pastoral plan.  In summary, the PPC supports the parish in addressing its needs and carrying out its responsibilities.
