Before your child can participate in the sacrament of Confirmation we must review an original copy of their baptismal certifate sent from the parish of baptism. 

Please contact the parish where your child was baptized and request that they send a baptismal certificate to:

If they were baptized here at St. Joseph we have that informaton on file so you do not need to request a certificate.
